We are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be forging effective relationships with relevant customers and partners in the mobility field. If you combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and are always driven by finding the best solution for a customer, you are the one for us.
Your Role
To build and execute high-performance business development plans
The skill set to create and maintain strategic account management for high profile opportunities;
Identify customer pain points and connect them with High Mobility’s solutions.
Continuously research and identify new business opportunities
Contribute to sales targets and forecasts.
Report on activities, outcomes, and achievements to internal leadership and investors.
Collaborate with marketing to accelerate our growth trajectory.
Represent High Mobility at key industry events and conferences.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B business development or sales (ideally in SaaS, mobility sector, or API-driven platforms)
Proven track record of success in building partnerships and closing deals.
Significant knowledge and interested in mobility trends and innovations
Exceptional communication and follow-up skills; you know how to balance persistence with patience.
Excellent negotiation and organisational skills, with an emphasis on priorities and achievement of targets;
Proven track record with demonstrable achievements;
Motivation to drive change and enthusiasm for our business model.
Fluent English and Italian or Spanish
A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
